Purchase & Pricing
All prices listed on our website and in-store are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Product availability is subject to change. Items shown on our website may sell in-store before the inventory is updated online. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, especially for high-demand models.
All sales are final on clearance and as-is items unless covered by warranty. Discounts, coupons, and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer local delivery within the Columbus, OH metro area and surrounding counties. Delivery fees vary based on distance and the size of your order. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — contact us for details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery path is clear and accessible. This includes measuring doorways, hallways, and staircases to confirm the appliance will fit. If an appliance cannot be delivered due to space constraints, additional fees may apply for return or redelivery.
In-store pickup is available during regular business hours. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. We can load the appliance into your vehicle, but we are not responsible for securing the load or any damage that occurs during transport.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason — including buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Our inventory consists of liquidation, overstock, scratch & dent, and open-box appliances sold at deep discounts, which is why we cannot offer a return window like traditional retailers.
If you cancel an order before it is delivered or picked up, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover processing and inventory reservation costs.
We do not offer exchanges as a standard policy. However, if we determine it is appropriate, we may offer an exchange for a defective unit at our sole discretion. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated case by case.
Mechanical defects are covered under our warranty policy. Brand-new and open-box appliances carry the full manufacturer warranty. Scratch & dent and as-is items are covered by our in-store warranty against mechanical defects. Warranty claims must include the original receipt.
If your appliance arrives damaged due to our delivery process, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will assess the issue and coordinate repair or replacement under warranty terms. This is not a return or refund — it is a warranty service claim.
Warranty & Liability
Brand-new and open-box appliances carry the full manufacturer warranty. Scratch & dent items are covered by a 90-day in-store warranty against mechanical defects. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout.
Overstock Plus is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt. Lost receipts can be re-issued from our records upon request.
General Provisions
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
