Local delivery & in-store pickup.

We deliver appliances throughout Columbus and Central Ohio, and offer free pickup from our Cleveland Ave showroom. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and the items being delivered.

Delivery Area

We offer local delivery throughout Columbus, OH and the surrounding Central Ohio region, including Westerville, Worthington, Dublin, Hilliard, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, Grove City, and nearby suburbs.

For addresses outside our standard delivery zone, contact us by phone or WhatsApp for a custom delivery quote. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our showroom and the size/quantity of items being delivered. A quote will be provided before your order is finalized.

Local deliveries within the Columbus metro area typically start at a flat rate. Stairs, tight spaces, or special handling may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

Delivery Timeframes

Most local orders are scheduled for delivery within 1–5 business days after purchase, depending on availability and route scheduling.

Our delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery window. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available on select items — please ask in-store or by phone.

Free In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is always free at our showroom: 4664 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH 43231.

Pickup orders are typically ready the same day. We will load your appliance into your vehicle or truck — please bring straps, blankets, and adequate transportation for the size of unit purchased.

Delivery Handling

Standard delivery includes drop-off at your door or garage. Basic in-home placement is available upon request and may include an additional fee.

We do not provide installation, hook-up of water/gas/electric lines, or haul-away of old appliances as part of standard delivery. Ask us about add-on services available in your area.

Delivery Damage

Please inspect your appliance at the time of delivery. If your item arrives with damage caused by our delivery process, notify the driver immediately and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

Delivery damage is handled under our warranty terms — we will coordinate repair or replacement at our discretion. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
